A good deck or pavilion makes the backyard feel like another room of the house. Milton Construction builds composite Trex, Fiberon,. And TimberTech decks for homeowners who want low maintenance, and wood decks for those who like a traditional look and a lower upfront cost. Each one is framed solid and laid out for how you'll use it: room for a dining table, a grill, and stairs that lead naturally down to the yard or patio. We also build pavilions and pergolas for shade over a patio, an outdoor kitchen, or a hot tub. Because we build the whole property, we can tie a new deck into a paver patio, a fire pit area, steps, and lighting, so it all looks planned. Milton Construction handles decks and outdoor structures in Endicott, Endwell, Vestal, Owego, and Binghamton from footings to the last railing.
